Jennifer Perez devotes her legal practice to first-party property insurance claim disputes and complex contract litigation, handling and seeking the resolution of disputes on behalf of property and business owners nationwide. Ms. Perez has worked in the negotiation, mediation, and litigation of commercial and residential property claims in several states and U.S. territories. She utilizes her diverse skill set and people-centered experiences to solve problems for her clients and advocate for their interest.
Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, and a graduate of the University of New Orleans, Ms. Perez holds a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Perez was a member of the nationally recognized moot court program, served as an oralist in the JESSUP International Moot Court Team, and participated in the Technology and Legal Innovation Clinic within the Stuart Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice.
Ms. Perez is licensed by the State Bars of Louisiana and Florida and is admitted to practice in various federal district and appellate courts throughout the country.
